Refund policy

Fashion Insider Hub operates as a subscription-based digital directory and visibility platform for fashion and beauty businesses. All memberships are billed on a recurring month-to-month basis, and by purchasing a listing, you authorize automatic billing every 30 days using the payment method provided. Due to the digital nature of our services, immediate allocation of directory space, and promotional exposure provided upon activation, all payments—including initial subscription fees, recurring charges, upgrades, and promotional pricing—are non-refundable once processed. Cancellations may be made at any time prior to the next billing date to prevent future charges; however, no partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle. In the event of a failed payment, listings may be suspended or removed until payment is successfully resolved. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate listing removal and possible account termination. Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified duplicate billing or technical processing errors at the sole discretion of Fashion Insider Hub management. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
