1. Overview of Services

Fashion Insider Hub is a subscription-based online directory and visibility platform designed for fashion and beauty businesses seeking increased exposure, marketing support, and client acquisition opportunities.

Businesses may apply for listing during our pre-launch phase or after the official launch date.

2. Pre-Launch Listing Policy

During the pre-launch phase:

  • Approved businesses may submit their listing information at no immediate charge.

  • A valid credit card is required and must be kept on file at the time of submission.

  • By submitting your information, you authorize Fashion Insider Hub to charge your selected subscription plan 48 hours prior to the official launch date.

No listing will go live at launch unless the payment is successfully processed.

3. Authorization to Charge

By entering your payment information, you:

  • Authorize Fashion Insider Hub to securely store your card details via our third-party payment processor.

  • Agree that your card will be charged automatically 48 hours before the official launch date.

  • Agree that your subscription will activate upon successful payment.

If payment fails:

  • Your listing will not be published.

  • You may be contacted to update your payment method.

  • If payment is not resolved before launch, your listing will remain inactive.

4. Subscription Terms (Month-to-Month)

All memberships operate on a month-to-month subscription basis.

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew every 30 days.

  • Your payment method on file will be charged automatically each billing cycle.

  • No long-term contract is required.

  • You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

  • Your listing may be temporarily suspended.

  • You will be notified to update your payment method.

  • If payment is not resolved within 5 business days, your listing may be removed from the platform.

Repeated payment failures may result in permanent removal.

6. Business Submission & Content Responsibility

By submitting your business to Fashion Insider Hub, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • You own or have rights to all uploaded photos, videos, logos, and materials.

  • Your content does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

  • Your business complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove listings that:

  • Contain misleading information

  • Promote illegal activity

  • Include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material

  • Conflict with our brand standards

7. No Guarantee of Results

Fashion Insider Hub provides marketing visibility and exposure opportunities. However:

  • We do not guarantee sales, leads, or business growth.

  • Results vary based on business type, market conditions, and individual effort.

8. Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel at any time by:
